Duplex printing using the Smart Printing app on HP Deskjet 4100

I am trying to use duplex printing with the HP Smart Printing App on a HP Deskjet 4100 series printer. I cannot find the tab anywhere to enable dual sided printing.

Well, you can print duplex with the DeskJet Plus 4100 printer series.

It appears that duplex (2-sided) printing on this printer series is a manual operation.

If you have not done so,

Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.

But when i"m printing something  offline, those options are not available to me on the HP Smart Print App.

I've never even used or had a printer that cannot print 2-sided automatically.

Yes, I suspect it is more work "offline" (whatever that means) and / or using HP Smart.

Do you have a how-to video that explains how to print 2-sided on a printer that only supports manual 2-sided printing?

Customer wants to use HP Smart in some form of "offline" operation.

Original question for Windows has been answered.

We have done "How to print 2-sided" with similar printers but its with HP FULL software.

For using HP Smart,  one way is to print "Odd/Even" pages, i.e. print Pages 1,3,5,7 etc, then reload the printed pages and then print the Pages 2,4,6,8...etc.

May need to try out before getting it right.
