HP Recommended

Tried to replace tri-color setup cartridge with HP 67XL tri color cartridge in HP DeskJet 4155e printer. E0 error keeps flashing on display. New cartridge has been taken out, contacts cleaned and placed back into printer. Error still occurs. Have also turned on and off printer for a reset but error still occurs. When putting old tri-color 67 or 67XL setup cartridge in again, ink level is low but is recognized by printer.
