Hi all

ENVY 4507 used to print double sided from drop down options and now they aren't there....any suggestions to get double-printing back?  thanks

Here is something to check. On your computer, go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. In the new window that opens, click on the "Advanced" tab and make sure that the driver type is an HP driver and not either "Class Driver" or "Microsoft IPP driver".  If it is, delete your printer and reinstall. If it does show an HP driver, then click on the device settings tab, scroll down until you see an entry labelled "duplex unit" (or similar wording) and change it to installed if it is not already.
