HP ENVY 5660 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, Support,

I have been trying without success for months now to install the ENVY 5660 printer.  I can add the printer through "Printers & Scanners"  and print.

But I CANNOT install the printer drivers after downloading.

After downloading, when the installation starts after the extraction, the following error always keeps occurring during installation.

Call to DriverPackageInstall returned error -568670329 for package

C\ProgramFiles\HP\HP ENVY 5660 series\DriverStore\Yeti\hpygid20.inf

I started encountering this after I upgraded my OS to Windows 10.  Before the upgrade, I can scan to pdf continuously. But at the moment, I can only scan one page and it does not scan to pdf but just as a picture.

This is really frustrating as I have tried many solutions and troubleshooting tools, all to no success for months now.

I will very much appreciate your assistance to resolve this problem ASAP.

Thanks very much in advance.

Silas
