HP ENVY 6000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ENVY 6000 refuses to accept the claim code. I have tried several different codes as well as reset the Web Services and you name it and unfortunately I keep getting the same response that the codes are invalid. I've researched through the HP Community and through Google but anything suggested and tried keeps failing. Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the Printer's network settings: A 5-second press restores the printer’s default network settings and initiates setup mode for 2 hours.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi and then to the web services: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05329102

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
