ENVY 6230 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Bought an ENVY 6230 printer - followed HP123 set up via laptop - seemed OK and printed off 2 pages of a document.  Tried to print a few more pages straight after and it refused to print anything else.  Docs stayed in the print queue and printer is useless. I've tried everything I can over a few days and am getting nowhere.    My laptop can no longer "find" the printer if I try again and I get notes on the printer saying that cartridges won't work until registered with Instant Ink - which makes no sense as I registered with I/I 2 weeks ago and used the cartridges they sent me.

I've never had this problem with any other printer before and the HP help platform just sends me around in circles.    I even plugged the printer into my laptop via USB but even that doesn't work... ?    I'm completely fed up with this ....
