HP Telephone Support, remotely, helped me obtain the needed Driver for my wireless connected printer. My printer would not print. The actual cause was due to my computer being connected to a 5G Network. Connected to a 2.4G Network and it started printing. I later discovered that the printer's "Control Panel" ICON on my PC's Desktop disappeared. I can't find it in my PC. I cannot find a Link to Install it. How do I get it back?

@BlackOwl99, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
You are referring to the HP Printer Assistant software on the PC. On your PC, search for HP Envy photo 7858, double click to open.
If not found, proceed to the next step.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
You may manually download the HP Full-featured driver from here.
Let me know how this goes.

Thank you, Kumar0307. After another telecon with HP support, here is what I eventually found out: A Windows 10 Update corrupted the HP7858 printer driver in my computer. This is a "common problem" with Windows 10 Updates. HP, remotely, changed my printer's driver to a HP7614 printer driver. I have not had a problem since. Thanks for your help.
