Envy 7645

My Envy 7645 is giving me error C4EB82C3. The display and all buttons on  the front of the printer (the power, home button, help button, the back button) are flashing rapidly, and I am being prompted to turn the printer off and then on again. The power button on the printer is not powering down the printer, so I tried a "hard restart" by unplugging the power cord from the printer AND the wall outlet, waiting several minutes, and then reattaching. No luck! Any suggestions?

@ANTHONY80, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Make sure there are no jams inside the printer and check if the print carriage is moving freely.

Refer to the steps from this document - Paper Jam Error

Reinsert the ink cartridges and check. If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
