Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Deskjet 4155 A-I-1 printer and can't sign in to my account through HP Smart App for Windows 11. I have done all possible troubleshooting, factory resets, uninstalls, etc. and still get this error when trying to login so I can scan documents.

Are there any possible solutions to fix this issue? Also, Everything worked fine awhile back when I used HP Smart and it is compatible with windows 11.
