Product: Ink Tank 319
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I just got a new HP Ink Tank 319 printer. I wanted to install the drivers on macOS Catalina through HP Easy Start. Unfortunately, the app is always stuck on "preparing for device setup". I already reset the printer settings in the macOS settings menu and deleted/uninstalled all prior HP printing software... So, how to solve this issue? Is there a driver file for the Ink Tank 319 available so I can install it directly through macOS printer settings without the need of HP Easy Start?

I have got the solution.
simply download the hp easy admin application, then search for the printer model you are looking for, select the macOS version and then download the available drivers.

I downloaded 2 drivers: essential and easy scan, each approximately 150MB.

after that in Microsoft Word I add a new type of printer (if it already exists, then the series 2 printer will appear, select the series 2 driver as the default).

and successfully used.
