Product: OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I'm having trouble printing InDesign documents and need to make a change to the printer driver.  I can't find it!  Advice needed!  I don't think I've edited a driver since DOS days - usually don't have to.  This, however, is giving me lots of trouble.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • What is the issue while printing?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Kindly refer to this document to know how to make changes to the print settings on your MAC.
