Hi @Sanjigotenks66,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP printer is connected to Wi-Fi and properly plugged in, but still doesn't print. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Make sure the printer is Turned On:

  • Ensure that the power cord is firmly connected to the printer and a power outlet.

  • Press the power button to turn on the printer if it is off. Look for lights on the control panel to confirm the printer is powered on.

Check the Printer's Connection Status:

  • Verify that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You can check the wireless connection status on the printer's display panel or via the printer software on your computer.

Ensure Printer is the Selected Default Printer:

  • Go to your computer's control panel to ensure that your HP printer is set as the default printing device.

  • Navigate to "Devices and Printers" on Windows or "Printers & Scanners" on Mac, find your printer, and right-click (or control-click on Mac) to set it as the default printer if it is not already.

Check for Print Jobs in the Queue:

  • Open the printer queue on your computer to see if there are any pending or stuck jobs. Cancel any stalled print jobs that might be blocking the queue.

Review Printer Driver Status:

  • Go to the printer driver settings and check if the status is set to "Offline" or "Stop Printing." Change it to "Ready" or "Online."

Clear Any Printer Errors:

  • Make sure the printer does not have any jammed paper, out-of-ink alerts, or other hardware errors.

Restart Both Devices:

  • Turn off your printer and computer. Wait for a few seconds, then turn them back on. This often resolves minor connectivity issues.

Update Printer Software and Drivers:

  • Check for and install any available updates for the printer software or drivers. This can be done through Official HP® Support or via the HP Software on your computer.

Test Printing:

  • Attempt to print a test page from your computer to see if the issue persists.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
