Product: HP ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One Printer

My hp 5642 e-All-in-One Printer's electronic interface is broken. I haven't been able to connect it to the internet through my router because the number 3 on the alpha-numeric interface refuses to select. Every other letter and number does, but not the number 3. And wouldn't you know it that my router's password has a 3 in it. Any ideas on how to fix tactile interfaces on printers, or if such a fix is even possible?
