Product: HP Chromebook x360 14a-ca1000 (6E3P6AV)

With every print command from my new HP Chromebook, I first receive a "Cover Page" . How do I eliminate the cover page?  My printer is an Epson ET-3760, never had this issue with my prior Dell laptop / Epson printer combo.

Additionally, when I print from my iPhone, I do not get a "cover page", only when I print from my HP Chromebook
