I bought a second hand HP Envy 5032. I do not have the details of the seller. Please advise on how I connect the printer, I have spent a long time trying to get it to work and it refuses to print even a test page.
I have done a factory reset, installed HP Smart and set up a HP account. I have also connected the printer to my WiFi.

I resolved this issue.
I managed to get the seller to log out of instant ink and the printer from their HP Smart.
Since the printer came with Instant Ink cartridges I had to them sign up for instant ink.
Eventually after several days of pain I managed to print a page. I will be cancelling Instant Ink asap and getting a normal cartridge - printing one of my own documents is not digital rights management and so using DRM for a forced subscription scheme is disingenuous.

HI @jesu1411,
Glad to know that the issue has resolved.
The printer was not working because you were using instant ink cartridges.
If you had purchased (black and color) cartridges from the store, it should work.
As you have signed up for instant ink you can use the instant ink cartridges wherein you are not charged for the cartridges. Cartridges will be shipped as and when they are low on ink. You will only be paying a monthly subscription charges as per your page printing plan.
I hope this answers your query.
Take care and have a nice day.
