Product: HP Deskjet 2600 all in one printer series model 2652

I attempted to connect the printer to a new network using the smartphone app. I'm being given the prompt to enter the printer password to continue setup which I've forgotten, Is there any way to reset this? It's the HP 2600 series printer. To reiterate and avoid confusion this is the printer password (a personal one I set) and not the wifi password. 

 

 

***10/5/2020 update: Eventually figured out the password. Nothing else that I tried or that was suggested ended up working.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you press on the "i" button on the control panel?  It should print out one information page and believed that the Printer password should be there.
