I am trying to print directly on to envelopes from a Word Mail Merge.  The size of the envelopes is C6 - 11.4 cm X 16.2 cm but I cannot get the printer to print. Does anyone have any suggestions

Welcome to the HP User Community.

This kind of question is nearly impossible to answer without knowing:

OK...

In general,

The job setup depends on

  • Whether the printer supports the C6 size envelope as a standard - or perhaps as a custom size
  • Whether the printer is aware of the paper size / paper type loaded in the tray

Example - Retain / Modify (Edit) / Check Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper Management

AND

The job setup is impacted by

  • Whether the Word software you are using recognizes the envelope size - and if it does not, whether it accepts "Custom" size and the dimensions of the envelope

Envelope - Word - Basic setup

Example - Word > Mailings > Envelopes - #10 envelope
