Product: HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer

Printer worked fine until recent area internet outage (CenturyLink). Internet is now back up and working fine. But printer will not connect to home wireless. All other devices on network reconnected and working as usual.

 

Tried Wireless setup from printer many times. Rebooted modem and router many times. Ran trouble shooter many times and no problems found. Checked for driver updates and none required.

 

Printer generated test reports all pass except "No Filtering" says "Fail". Router is set to no filtering as has always been the case. I added the printer MAC address to router allowed list (it's only device in the list) anyway. Still no joy. 

 

Printer worked fine until outage. Nothing has changed. Same SSID, same network pw. Same location and good network strength. Same everything except MAC address added to router list as noted above. What am I doing wrong?

 

Additional quick question: device nameplate says Envy 4500, but HP serial number search says Envy 4502. Why the difference?
