HP Recommended

Thank you, Roman-G, for adding that you manually downloaded the HP Envy 7640 driver. This solution worked for both a DELL Laptop and a Windows Surface. I did not have the print only in black problem with an HP Laptop. So I guess the problem occurs with devices that are not HP.
