Product: HP ENVY 4250
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer works fine, our apple laptop prints using wireless without a problem.  Our windows 10 PC will only print if I connect with USB cable.  Have tried deleting software and drivers and reinstalling numerous times.  But it always says driver unavailable in the control panel. Tried creating a new administrative user account, HP suppport assistant, HP Print and Scan Doctor, etc.  Nothing works.

I can't figure out how to delete or close this post but I finally figured out a solution.  I removed the printer from the control panel and selected add a printer.  When my printer showed up in the list I chose printer not listed and added a new printer using the ip address, selecting the option to replace the driver.
