I’m unable to get Bluetooth up an running on my hp envy 5010 I have reset the printer to factory settings downloaded latest update, and I also tried the power of trick.

You can use Bluetooth for printer setup only. Printing using Bluetooth is not supported.

 

Are you trying to set up the device or print?
