Now three (3) weeks have gone since HP promised to escalate this issue  and nothing (NOTHING) at all has happened.

Thank you HP - it seems that your support is as bad as your Envy 5030 drivers.

This printer has now been thrown in a recycling container.

Goodbye .- no more HP printers for me.

I have the same problem with my HP DESKJET F4500 SERIES : HP  Driver NOT compatible with Windows 10 ver.2020 .

The compatibility problem was solved by an regular Windows 10 update. The problem was o known beforehand at Microsoft! Please refer to update KB4567523 and to the following link for a description of the problem:

HP Recommended

The problem was solved for the Envy 5030 by a regular Windows 10 update as the problem was known all the time at Microsoft. They had an (unknown) patch called KB4567523
