Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

My printer has been stuck on the HP start-up/initialization since around January 29th. I saw that several others in the Community are having similar issues. I am not sure if an update occurred but it has thrown my printer out of whack and I can not get it past the 2 dots in start-up. I have tried hard reset from other replies, unplugging, and nothing has helped. Please please help, as my kids use this printer daily for school.
