Scan doctor says driver conflict install driver and re install , already uninstalled and re installed driver supplied by HP from Chat. Cannot print , printer cancels prints as it says issue not resolved, Constantly getting different problems with this printer . I think it has failed to work more often than it has worked ...not impressed .

I'm not sure what's happening and I assume you have windows. If you have the latest of 10 or 11 then ask CoPilot for detailed help.

 

Get a printer status report using the front panel as described on page 125 of user manual

if not connected then watch video

Video showing Wi-Fi connect. Step 2 uses the pushbutton WPS method

You may need to do a WiFi reset

 

 

Try uninstalling every copy of this or any HP printer driver using printui

 

Run the following app from the windows command line

printui /s

Install the full feature driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL51184/bi-124093-4/Full_Webpack-116_1-Full_Webpack.exe

 

and then search for the printer
