Product: HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I came home and unboxed my printer and set everything up, I opened the driver installer and installed via USB but when I clicked Install by USB it comes up with this: 465672515373d3ab19a1b3d54c211261.pngI had unplugged the USB from my computer and back in again and the cable from my printer back in again but still no luck. I did try restarting my computer and printer but still didn't work.:catsad:

Make sure the USB cable is UNPLUGGED when you start your software install.  Only plug in the USB cable when told to do so by the software.  Now try.

Its still on the connect the usb cable screen. Didn't work . :C

Try another Printer USB cable, try another USB port on the computer.
