Product: Envy 6022
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had the HP Envy 6022 for a couple of years, apart from disconnecting itself from the network, all is ok. A quick unplug and plug back in is ok, however over the past week or two. it comes back to life and whirls away for ages. It still prints but is this normal? I spoke to a support agent and they implied it could be a mechanical issue and if so a replacement is the only option. Any Idea?
