@Alalalalal164, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The event code F0.01.03.01 on HP printers typically indicates a firmware or internal communication error. Since you can't print even a test page, try these steps to resolve the issue:

Power Cycle the Printer

>Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

>Wait 2-3 minutes to clear any residual charge.

>Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams

>Open all printer doors and remove any stuck paper.

>Check the input and output trays carefully.

Reset the Printer

>If your printer has a touchscreen, go to Settings > Restore Defaults > Restore Factory Defaults.

>If there's no screen, try the hard reset:

Turn off the printer, unplug it, and hold the power button for 30 seconds before plugging it back in.

Update Printer Firmware

>Download the latest firmware from HP support website for your printer model.

>Install it using a USB connection (recommended for stability).

Try Printing from Another Device

>If connected via Wi-Fi, try using a USB cable instead.

>If printing from a computer, reinstall the printer driver.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and follow the troubleshooting steps.

I hope this helps. 🚀

Take care and have a good day.
