Product: HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

From my iPhone which connects to the printer using HP Smart to print either photos or documents the results are all printed in black. 
My printer is out of the warranty period.

This has happened on a few occasions in the past and I managed to correct the problem. I am an Instant Ink Customer
