HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

DanRegalia_0-1675049810041.jpeg

I am stuck at this loading screen on my printer.  I cannot connect to it via USB, and I can't install drivers to connect to it.  It's not recognizing.

I tried these methods:
unplugging it for 60 seconds
Removing ink carts and turning on to do a warm-boot

Unplugging, holding down power for 15 seconds, plugging in

None of these techniques work to get it to a position where I can update the firmware.  So, what's the next step?

Thanks!

Just wanted to let you know that the link did not work.  Because the screen is not loading to a menu where I can get to the control panel, (Never loads past the screen) there is no way to connect it to the network.  It doesn't recognize anything.

I need a way to get past the loading screen, or force it to finish booting up.

Is there another way to do this?

thanks

HP logo is showing.  If you look at my original post, that's the exact screen that it's stuck on.

As stated to @Bernard42

1.  Can't install or connect, since the printer cannot be detected.

2.  USB Connections don't work for anything unless the printer is detected.

3.  Printer is not completing boot sequence.

I feel like you are a bot, and have no real good information, just random general non-specific solutions in an effort to build credibility on the site, and then start dropping fake links to harmful software.  I have alerted the moderators.

Is there a solution to the printer being stuck, or can I have it repaired, of do I just need to purchase a new printer?  I need some type of solution because I have been trying for a week to print.

Hey @Theres99,

Sadly, I never got any help on this.  I feel like there is no real support solutions.  I ended up throwing out the printer and I went out and bought an Epson 2800 EcoTank.

It works well, was cheap enough, and I didn't have to pay 60 bucks for new ink.  Best of luck, but as far as HP Support goes, don't bother.  I honestly feel like these forums are only monitored by bots and over seas accounts trying to 'rep up' their scores to keep their jobs.  Management may only be looking for scores on this.
