After running HP print/scan doctor, message was that driver was missing for printer. Scanning and faxing work; but printer is not an option when I try to print something. I have performed the following and nothing is working:
1. Unplugged printer, desktop and router. Rerun the wireless wizard.
2. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor -- said to install driver
3. removed printer from settings/device manager and reinstalled software. Still no luck.
Now what?

I did load the complete package as you described by using the link you provided. However, I am still unable to print. At least the printer shows up as an option to use for printing now; however, when I push the button to print, I receive and error message that says "error in printing.

I got stuck at the number 3 step entitled Delete the HP Envy 7640 series folder in the way: I don't know where to find the C drive. I can't figure out what I am being asked to do. This is what my registry editor looks like after I and deleted the Hewlett-Packard per your instructions. I don't know what the next step is to do. Thanks!
