HP Envy 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Envy 7640 and HP 5660 are on the same internet connection.  All 7640 print jobs are going to the 5660 instead of printing on the 7640.  How can I get the 7640 to print?  Thanks.

@Hisoteo, Welcome to HP Support Community!

You can set the HP Envy 7640 to default and the print jobs sent will directly print it. And again, when you'd want to print from the HP Envy 5660 you'll have to manually select the printer.

Visit the video link How to Set the Default Print Driver in Windows 10 for help.

Also, use the document HP Printers - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows) for reference.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
