When scanning to computer as PDF multiple pages one or more pages will not scan the image or document.  Instead a large yellow or green box replaces text or image on entire page or part of it.  Tried the HP Scan Doctor and also reinstalling software unsucessfully.  Any thoughts?

Hi ,

You can reset the printer to factory defaults and check if it works.

1.Press Power button to turn the Printer On.

2.Press Bottom Left , Bottom Left, Bottom Left, Bottom Left Button, in sequence.  (i.e., The Return Arrow on left bottom) Go to support menu.

3.Touch Support Menu.

4.Select Reset Menu and Touch OK.

5.Select Partial Reset and Touch OK.

6.Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.

7.Press Power button to turn the Printer On.

This will erase all the setting and you will need to reconfigure the printer .
