Product: HP ENVY 7155
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When plugging in my HP ENVY photo 7155 the screen shows a loading bar and some dots below it. It freezes after the bar is full, but with all of the dots empty. I've tried changing power outlets, removing ink cartridges (authentic HP), re-plugging while holding power button, etc..  I’ve also followed other advice in similar support threads with no luck.  Any ideas?
