Cannot connect printer to computer despite hours of trying.

 

it is not a wifi issue.

 

do not tell me to download software - I have.

 

computer asks for a WPS PIN - where and how do I find it?

Download and run HP Print and Scan Dr utility from link below to troubleshoot the issue.

I have run this at least 4 times today. Installed and reinstalled drivers. Computer will still not recognise printer, or show it as installed. 

Cannot intstall it myself without the WPS PIN. Please tell me how to find it

Hi,

 

Please click the wireless menu button > Wireless Settings > Select Wi-Fi Protected Setup > Select Push or Pin method

Ok I have now done everything, including find the WPS PIn, and reinstalled the driver software for the nth time.

 

Printer is installed, and connected, but when I click on it in devices I get the message "driver is unavailable".

 

i can email this printer, I can print to it from am iPad. Why can't I print to it directly from my HP PC??

btw: I tried for hours previously - with much frustration!
