Feedback for HP - I have bene called in by several clients recently as they have been unable to install the latest smart HPenvy  printers.

 

Smart setup, is not intuitive most non-tech clients are unable to install whether it be via wireless or via USB.

 

For example a client connected his desktop to the internet via ethernet and printer via USB - setup insisted he had to have wifi on the desktop in order to install - with expert advise, USB connection was achieved but not without considerable hassle.

 

While HP have been trying to circumvent issues in the past in setting up wifi, in this new cocenpt the task is made even more complicated..

 

Go back to the drawing board HP, can't recommend HP as it stands
