Product: HP Envy Photo 7975 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I actually asked a question regarding scanning when my printer/scanner was new back in March 2026.  My old HP printer/scanner detected pictures and content on a page and my new printer wasn't doing that.

 

I finally uninstalled the software I initially downloaded for the printer and installed the HP Envy Photo Easy Start Printer Software - Offline Use Only.  Now I am unable to scan at all.  My settings page states that "Scanners Not Appearing".

 

Did I do something wrong?
