I'm having this exact problem as well. I also tried Windows 11 and reverted back to 10, and I get the same error code now when trying to print.  Diagnose and fix says everything is fine, but then gives me the error code when I try to print the test sheet right afterward.

I can still scan docs to the computer, and I can print test pages for the initial setup. I've uninstalled, unplugged, manually installed drivers, etc- everything from all the forum recommendations.

I'm not going to reinstall Windows completely and start from scratch like the original poster had to, unfortunately, so I need other options, please.

Proble4,

I am sorry to report there isn't another option.

I tried everything, several times.

Microsoft, HP and Dell couldn't solve the problem and I eventually had to re-load Windows 10.

I have just finished loading all my apps again, after two days, and it is all working well now.

There comes a time when you have to take this option.

Good luck.
