Hello, on the printer screen, the following error code has appeared: 0xc19a0023 [The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.] I have tried powering the printer off and on and unplugging from the wall. I have tried taking our the ink cartridges and cleaning them. I have tried taking out the printhead and reinserting the printhead back into the printer. This printer has been in use for the last year, so this is not the first time using it. There was not anything specific that I did, the error just appeared. The ink cartridges are all about half full (so not recently replaced). Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print due to printhead error. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
