Hello! I can't install HP Scan software. "Error -2147467259. Could not find driver packages to process"
I tried to solve the problem using HP Print and Scan Doctor, but he did not help me, he said that there is no HP Scan on my computer, go download the drivers, but they are not installed because of an error (described above)

Hi,

Let's try downloading and installing the latest drivers below again, to deny any possible download failure of the installation executable:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LJ/M428-M429/Full_Webpack-48.5.4620-LJM428f-M429f...

The problem is solved, I completely removed the HP software using Revo Uninstaller and then I was able to install the drivers
