Dear HP community,

We need your help with a technical support case. We're experiencing authentication issues on X57945dn and E87760 devices, configured with OPA, despite installing the suggested firmware. Meanwhile, the E62665 device worked fine with IPA. Any suggestions to address this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

Are you using a self signed certificate generated by the printer? If yes, generate a new one. Otherwise  please post more details.  Also ensure that all firmwares are 5.7.1.1 revision.
