My printer is showing the error code 0XB8B07C28 with blinking lights. What should I do?
@Fauci, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Turn off IPv6 if you are able to bypass the error
From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings.
Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm.
Check for any paper jams inside the printer and make sure the printer carriage is moving freely. Re-insert the ink cartridges.
Refer to the steps mentioned in this document - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays
If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer as it could be a hardware failure.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
