@DH420, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Normally, the download is available in the Windows Store and the download operation is fully handled by Windows.  You could try resetting the Windows Store, though I don't know whether that will help.

Windows key > all apps > Cntrl F (search) wsreset

Click on wsreset - run as administrator

Now, try to download 🙂

Also, use the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App to learn how to use HP Smart

Try printing.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Use this link to download and install the new HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network to print.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I tried the different steps you suggested and it didn't help. The only one that I couldn't figure out was the last one. I clicked on the link, but was not able to find the HP full featured driver.
