@Pooleme
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting an EBS00P0004 error, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

I have the same problem after upgrading to WiFi 6 on our home Network. We thought it was our faithful old HP 4502 finally "Gave up the ghost." Purchased a new 6055e - Same problem!
**update**
So here is the deal. If you have a newer router that does not support good old WPA by default, it needs to. The default wifi security on our new router was WPA2-PSK/WPA3-PSK. Once I downgraded to WPA/WPA-2-PSK the old and new printers both connected without any issues. I would think this is more of a bug on the part of HP! After all it is 2023!

It's totally frustrating to have a brand new computer that will not connect. This should be out of the Box set up and working. Instead of already spent over an hour of total frustration trying to get this piece of c*** to work.
