Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

Screenshot_20230608_123859_HP Smart.jpgI am unable to setup my printer on a different laptop using the HP Smart app over Wi-Fi. I can't find the cable. I keep getting the attached error. It was setup previously on the old laptop. Now I'm being directed to reset it to factory settings, but it is not clear in the manual how to do that. Assistance please?
