I have purchased a brand new printer and I cannot finish the set up in the HP Smart app.. it is connected to my WiFi, I have unplugged and plugged back on, turned my router off and back on, tried adding the printer on a different device as per virtual assistant recommended and nothing has worked!

How do I resolve this?

Hi,

Thankyou for your reply.

I had already taken this step and connected my printer to my WiFi before I originally posted, so this hasn't solved my issue.

Thankyou
