Product: HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer

I have tried 3 times over the past week, on different days to set up the printer I bought last weekend. It connects to the Internet, the lights flash, I get most of the way through the process and then it brings up an error code (Error Code: EBS00P0010) and says it can't set up my printer. This has happened on both a mobile device and a laptop. What do I do now?
