Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

HP Deskjet 2710e will not register to HP+ on the HP Smart App. I keep getting (Error Code: OW 4XX OWSWS00001)

 

After looking at forums I have restored factory settings and tried again. I have checked for any firmware updates etc. 

 

On the HP Smart App it continues to say finish set up. 
Everytime I try I end up getting the error code but I do get an email saying welcome to your HP Account. 

Any other suggestions of how to fix this? The main reason I bought the printer was for HP Instant ink and got 6 months free. I cannot get instant ink without finishing the set up.
