Hi,
I had bought HP LaserJet MFP M140w 3-4 months ago and all worked fine. After changing my Wifi network I am not able to successfully install printer anymore.
In last step when it tries to register printer to my HP account I am getting error Error Code OW_4XX_OWSWS00001and "Printer Setup Incomplete" status.
I have tried to install printer on Windows, Mac and iPhone always same result. I am not able to print anymore. I do not know anymore what to do. I was waiting for some updates in HP Smart or Driver but no luck for weeks.
Printer driver version: 20220214

When I try register printer manually on https://support.hp.com/us-en/add-device then I get error again
"Please enter a valid product number:"
And I am using product and serial number provided by printer itself.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
Let's restore the network settings:
1. If the printer is in Sleep mode (the Ready light is on but dim), press the Cancel button to wake up the printer. 2. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer control panel for 5 seconds. 3. The printer restarts automatically. When the Wireless light starts blinking, the printer is in wireless setup mode. You can now reset up a wireless connection between the printer and your device. NOTE: Use the HP Smart app to connect the printer wirelessly.
Let me know if this helps.
