I am sorry to hear that you see that there is a error code UA_400_EB000U0410 indicates that there is a problem with your HP account, resulting in your inability to print until the issue is resolved. 

 

Verify Account Credentials

  • Ensure that you are using the correct login credentials for your HP account. Errors in username or password can prevent account access.

Update HP Smart App

  • Make sure the HP Smart app or HP Easy Start is updated to the latest version. Updating can often fix account and connectivity issues. You can do this by visiting 123.hp.com to download the latest version.

Reconnect the Printer

  • Try to remove and re-add the printer in the HP app. Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct network.

Factory Reset the Printer

  • Restoring factory settings might resolve account and connectivity issues. Instructions for performing a factory reset can usually be found in the printer's manual or support website.
