I'm trying to use my scanning feature on my printer and it's asking me to sign in. When I try, I get Error Code: UU_500_EB000A0018. It asks me to close the app and try again later. I've tried restarting my computer and printer and I'm still getting the same message. I was just using my scanner yesterday with no issues.

Having the same issue, and would like to add that it doesn't work on my iPhone either, and that installing HP Easy Start also doesn't work (the buttons keep showing a loading animation).

Yes, same here.  There seems to be no way to contact HP about the issue either.

Glad to know it's not just me!  I have called all over HP as well.   My fax scanner was working fine earlier
